I purchased an Online Stream subscription but wanted a TV subscription (or vice versa). What do I do?
If you’ve made your purchase within (one) 1 hour, please call 5251003, and our customer service representatives can deactivate your Online Stream subscription and help you purchase a TV subscription. We cannot change your subscription after the initial one (1) hour period, and you will have to purchase an additional package. Your Stream or TV Subscription purchase is non-refundable.

In what instances can I get a refund?
Package changes can only be issued within the first hour of an erroneous purchase and solely at the discretion of SETAR N.V. In all other instances, including but not limited to: black screen, loading issues, personal emergencies, force majeure, etc.,  your PPV Purchase is non-refundable.

I want to purchase multiple streams; do I need to create multiple accounts?
Each stream is viewable on only a single device. You will have to create a new account (with a different email) for every stream identical stream you want to purchase. You can, however, purchase an “Ambiente Den 71” AND a “Soca in Your Backyard” stream on the same account.

I refreshed my stream, and it’s not working anymore. What do I do?
If you refresh your streaming page, please allow approx. 30-45 seconds for the stream to reload. Please refresh after this time. If after this period you are still experiencing issues, please contact 5251003

On how many devices can I view the Live Stream simultaneously?
It’s only possible to view the Live Steam on one device at a time. Please keep in mind that switching or refreshing the Live Stream might take up to 45 seconds for this to refresh and play again.

Can I purchase an Online Stream or TV Package for someone else?
Online Stream: You can purchase multiple Live Streams for the same event but will have to create a new user for each stream. Each user/stream will have their own login to view. (You can, however, purchase an “Ambiente Den 71” AND a “Soca in Your Backyard” stream for the same account.)
TV Package: Since TV packages are charged to the customer’s account, it’s currently not possible to purchase this for someone else without authorization.

How will I be charged?
Online Stream: You will be billed by the option of your choice during purchase, either via Credit Card or Pay.aw. Credit Card users will see a charge made by “WiFi Aruba” on their next statement. TV Package: Customers who purchase a TV Package will be billed on their account (visible on the next invoice).

Why are there two prices, one in USD and one in AWG?
Both prices are the same; the conversion is visible, so you know what you will be charged. Credit Card charges are in USD and Pay.aw as your Local Payment Option is in AWG.

I purchased the “Ambiente Den 71 Package” and/or “Soca in Your Backyard” for my TV; on what channels can I view my PPV?
You can view your PPV on Channels 124 SD and 125 HD (Digital Cable)
SETAR Complete & IPTV users can view their PPV on Channel 125

I purchased the “Ambiente Den 71 Package” and/or “Soca in Your Backyard” Online Stream; How do I watch it?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, log in, and you will see a “Live Stream” button in the top right corner of the website. Click “Live Stream” to view.

I purchased the “Ambiente Den 71 Package” and/or “Soca in Your Backyard” for my TV, but the channel is black/shows an error. What do I do?
Restart your Digital Cable or IPTV Box. If the channel still shows a black screen or error, please call 5251003, and our Customer Service Representatives will gladly assist.

I live abroad and am experiencing streaming issues; what number can I contact for support?
If you are an international customer experiencing issues with your stream please WhatsApp +2975251003 for assistance. IMPORTANT NOTE: WhatsApp Support is only available for users experiencing issues/having trouble with their purchased stream. Please only message once, and our representative will assist as quickly as possible. Sending multiple messages will not get a quicker response but can significantly delay our response time.

Can I Purchase BOTH an Online Stream AND a TV Subscription?
Yes, but keep in mind you will be billed for both services separately. Online Streaming will be charged via Credit Card or Pay.aw. TV Subscriptions will be billed on account; this will be visible on your next invoice.

Can I share my Ambiente Den 71 Package stream?
Each stream is to be used by the original purchaser. Should you misuse your stream, then SMAC reserves the right to [temporarily] pause your streaming until the next event. If this happens multiple times, more severe consequences may follow.

Can I share my ASoca in Your Backyard stream?
Each stream is to be used by the original purchaser. Should you misuse your stream, then Stichting Musica reserves the right to [temporarily] pause your streaming until the next event. If this happens multiple times, more severe consequences may follow.
