By using this website and subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Service Overview
This platform provides live streaming of Aruba Carnival 2026 / 2027 events through a Pay-Per-View (PPV) model. The service is available globally, allowing subscribers from any location to enjoy the event. Subscriptions can be purchased using a valid Pay.aw mobile wallet or a Visa/MasterCard credit card. By subscribing, users gain access to all scheduled broadcasts during the event period.
Ownership and Management
• The exclusive broadcast and content rights are held by Stichting Maneho di Aruba su Carnaval (SMAC) or Stichting Musica Aruba.
• The technical infrastructure, including hosting and payment processing, is managed by SETAR N.V. to ensure seamless service delivery.
Subscription Details
• Cost: Subscriptions for SMAC Ambiente den 73 are priced at 99 Aruban guilders for Pay.aw payments and
56.57 USD for credit card transactions; and for subscriptions for ‘Caiso & Soca in Yuh Back Yard’ are priced at 115 Aruban guilders for Pay.aw payments and 65.71 USD for credit card transactions.
• Payment Methods: Subscribers can pay using the Pay.aw mobile wallet or Visa/MasterCard credit cards via the secure Authorize.net payment gateway.
• Duration: The subscription is valid throughout the duration of the Aruba Carnival 2027, from November 11, 2026, to February 8, 2027, covering all scheduled live events.
Refund Policy
• No Refunds: Refunds are not available, even in cases where users miss part of the broadcast due to personal circumstances.
• Payment Disputes: If there is a payment issue, disputes will be reviewed individually. In cases of approved reversals, the subscription will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds for dissatisfaction with the service or event will not be granted.
Access and Usage
• Login Requirement: Users must create an account and log in to access the streaming content.
• Concurrent Streaming: Each account is limited to a maximum of two simultaneous streams.
• Account Sharing: While account sharing is permitted, it is restricted to two active streams per account at any given time to prevent misuse.
Streaming Quality:
• Resolution: Streams are broadcast in 1080p high definition, with dynamic adjustments using Automatic Bitrate (ABR) to accommodate varying internet connection speeds.
• No Guarantees: The service aims to provide high-quality streaming; however, the quality and stability of the stream may vary depending on external factors such as the user’s internet connection or regional infrastructure.
User Responsibilities:
• Prohibited Actions: Recording, redistributing, or publicly broadcasting the stream is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
• Technical Readiness: Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible devices to access the stream.
• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or other force majeure events, no refunds will be issued. The subscription period will remain as originally scheduled.
Payment Security
• Payments are processed securely through the Pay.aw mobile wallet and the Authorize.net payment gateway, ensuring user transactions are protected.
• The platform does not store payment-related information. Only basic user details, such as username, email address, first name, and last name, are collected for account management purposes.
Privacy and Data Protection
• Data Collection: Personal information collected during account creation is used exclusively for account management and providing access to the service.
• Account Deletion: Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated data through the website.
Intellectual Property
All broadcast materials—including video, audio, and related content—are the exclusive property of SMAC or Musica.
Any unauthorized use, including reproduction, distribution, public streaming, or public display of the content, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
If SMAC or Musica detects any form of illegal streaming, your access to PPV content will be immediately disconnected, and you will be permanently restricted from purchasing any future PPV events.
Promotions and Discounts
No promotions, discounts, or special offers are available for this subscription service. The pricing structure is fixed to ensure fairness for all subscribers.
Disputes and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Aruban courts.
Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing and using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.
